I did this piece awhile ago--when I first downloaded a trial of Sketchbook Pro. This was the first piece I ever did in that program. I wanted to do one piece entirely in Sketchbook Pro to force myself to learn the interface and get comfortable with it. Well, it worked! I now draw my comic pages entirely using Sketchbook Pro.

This piece I did take into Photoshop to do the stars on his shield, but I think that was it. Colored entirely in PS, too.
