The answer is still: No plans yet!

what does "private" mean ? i always hear it in war movies and other things like that but never understood what it meant

It's an army rank. And it's the lowest rank you can be. Privates are not officers, they're just lowly foot soldiers and have to do whatever higher ranking men tell them to do!
