Since I'm taking time off from updating the webcomic to work on The Dreamer Graphic Novel, I promised everyone I'd have some sort of update. Here it is. This is the oil painting I did for the cover.

It's not finished yet. Mike is going to be adding effects in Photoshop to make it look old and distressed. But my part is done. I hope you like it!!

Wow, Lora, the detail and effort you put into this piece is so apparent. Bea looks so saucy; would she actually be hamming it up like that in "real life"? ;) I really like how you melded the past and present eras' ways of dressing (yes, I know that uniforms were far from fads--or at least that's what I"m assuming, not being lovingly and willingly drowned in history 24\7). It makes me very eager indeed for the coming of the graphic novel. Once more, you have done an all-around rocking painting. :D

I love it! Hmm, we didn't see it in a certain picture of your garage, did we? Nope. Not at all. :XD: I like it! And you should, along with the flying monkey ones, make shirts with the "The Dreamer" logo, like the one Bea's wearing! I'd totally buy it. (I commisioned my friend to paint me fandom shoes, and the "The Dreamer" logo is on them!!!)
