This is a concept sketch I did for an upcoming scene in my webcomic The Dreamer. The main heroine, who has been suffering the annoying inconveinence of waking up in the past every time she falls asleep, suffers a nervous breakdown after she realizes the hazards of eighteenth century warfare. Her handsome new soldier friend, Alan Warren, tries to calm her down. I'm not sure if it's working...

I've loved comics since I was 14 so I changed career goals and haven't looked back! A lot of my training as an animator has really helped me I think at capturing emotions and poses in a way that tells a story. And it helped me learn to draw quickly!

When the first baby laughed for the first time, its laugh broke into a thousand pieces, and they all went skipping about, and that was the beginning of fairies.
