This is a concept sketch I did for an upcoming scene in my webcomic The Dreamer. The main heroine, who has been suffering the annoying inconveinence of waking up in the past every time she falls asleep, suffers a nervous breakdown after she realizes the hazards of eighteenth century warfare. Her handsome new soldier friend, Alan Warren, tries to calm her down. I'm not sure if it's working...

I'm an ex-animator, so I draw with a non-photo blue pencil...

So I found this great piece of art and then checked out the comic. I just read everything in like two hours straight! I love it! I was so sad when I came to the end and now I have to wait.

But it's SO great!
